Spoons Across America’s mission is to ensure that every community nationwide has access to comprehensive, grade specific, food literacy programming, so that children can grow up with the knowledge and skills to make healthy choice for themselves and their family. French American Aid for Children is proud to support the implementation of their Food Exploration Project in 25 Title I public elementary public schools across Texas, Louisiana and Florida during the 2025-2026 School Year. This twelve-session curriculum equips children in grades 1 through 6 with essential food literacy skills through hands-on learning.
