Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club is dedicated to helping young individuals recognize and fulfill their potential for growth and development through well-structured after-school programs. In 2024, FAAFC will continue its backing of the organization’s Counseling Department. The department’s mission is to seamlessly integrate social, emotional, and behavioral observation, intervention, and referral services into all organizational programs. This approach enables Kips Bay’s team members to promptly identify youths facing mental health challenges or other difficulties and swiftly connect them with the necessary support.
